1. How will I receive my digital product?
After payment, we email the download link to the address you used at checkout. Nothing physical is shipped.
2. I didn’t get my download link. What now?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
3. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?
No. All sales are final because digital files can’t be returned once delivered. Read the product description before purchasing.
4. Can I use these products for commercial purposes?
Unless stated otherwise, yes—commercial use is allowed for your own business or clients. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing our files is strictly prohibited.
5. What if I bought the wrong product by mistake?
You are responsible for choosing the correct item. Mistakes do not qualify for refunds.
6. My file isn’t opening. What should I do?
Make sure your device and software support the file type. If the file is corrupted, contact us and we’ll send a working version.
7. How many times can I download the product?
Download links are time-limited. Save your files immediately. We don’t guarantee permanent access.
8. Can I share the files with someone else?
No. Sharing, reselling, or distributing our digital products violates our license and may lead to legal action.
9. Do you offer custom designs?
If we provide custom services, it will be mentioned on the site. Otherwise, we currently sell ready-made digital products only.
10. Do you offer support if I don’t know how to use the product?
We provide product documentation where needed, not training. You must know how to use the software required.
